And he's one.

I realized that these were already on my computer before the disc mishap. Yay! Indulge in some pictures of the cutest boy ever...

Some things about our Briggsers at one year:

-Still such a pipsqueek! Weight: 17 lbs. 2 oz. (.5 %) Yes that says point 5 percent. On the charts baby! Height 27.5 inches (1 %). Head 18 cm (30%) at least his head is average, and it's good he doesn't look like a bauble head.

-He growls. When he likes food, give him his binky or bottle. 

-Plays peek a boo, blows kisses, so big.

-Claps when he wants something.

-Crawls while carrying things in one hand.

-Says ut-oh, hello, hi, mama, dada.

-Loves Mickey Mouse, the stuffed one, and the show. Also loves any Baby Einstein, and really anything on the disney channel.

-Terrified I mean terrified of the vacuum. He must have some weird fascination with it. He cannot stay away from it when it's out, but the second it turns on, I've never seen him move so fast. He screams, not just cries until the second it goes off. But, the small kitchen vacuum he loves, and follows it around and tries to do it.

-Loves to wrestle. Just with Adam. Funny that he knows that.

-Tries to comb hair. His, mine, Adi's with whatever comb, pick,doll, or dog brush he can find.

-Walks along everything. You can almost see his mind working to find what else he can hold on to. He pushes stools, chairs, and toys everywhere.

-SO mischevious. He gets into everything. He unloads the dishwasher as fast as I can load it. 

-Loves to run away and giggle from me whenever he can. Mostly when he knows I want to change his diaper, change his clothes, put him in bed, etc...

-Goes up and down stairs all by himself. Hooray!

-Obsessed with his blankys and binkies. I love to watch him when he doesn't realize I'm there. He stands on his tiptoes, reaches his little hand through his crib bars and grabs his blanket and pulls it out, or yells because he can't reach it. I always fold laundry at night, and put it by his door. He finds his blankets under some clothes, unfolds all of them and tackles them. So funny.

-He's very posessive about his food. You wouldn't know it because he's so little. He double fists his food into his mouth. Doesn't know how to take a bite. If we try to take some out of his mouth he growls, shakes his head, and waves his hands at us. It's a little hilarious.

-Attached to his daddy, but protective about me. I was laying on Adam's shoulder the other day, and he came over yelling, pushed Adam away, and layed on my lap. Pretty much the only time in his life he ever cuddled. For .6 seconds.

-Has 6 teeth. Four on top, two on bottom.

-Loves Adison, and follows her around like a puppy. They are starting to fight over things...

-Favorite toy hands down is a rubber spatula. For real. We take it with us places. A lot. But, he can also be seen frequently with any other utensil he can get, remotes, or phones.

-His nickname is Boomer. My dad gave it to him. It stuck :)

I really thought he was going to be my mellow boy forever. But he hit about 10.5 months and things changed! He sure has an opinion about things, and he delibrately does things he knows he shouldn't.
